Fairview takes quality seriously and is proud to partner with your local retailer to provide a high level of customer service. We have designed our warranty claim process to be as easy as possible. Should one of our products be defective within the warranty period, just return it along with your proof of purchase to your retailer for a full refund or replacement product. It is that simple- no phone calls, no mailing parcels and no waiting for a replacement to be shipped to your door. See the specific terms and conditions below for more information on what is covered.

Any Fairview Ltd. Garden Centre Product**(See Product List to the Left) purchased from a Fairview Ltd. authorized retailer and found to be defective within 2 years of the date of purchase through faults of workmanship or materials, will be replaced by perfect product or full refund at the point of purchase.
The foregoing warranty does not include damage resulting from any of our product being used for other than the intended purpose, or from accident, disaster, neglect, misuse, transportation, alterations, disassembly, or on any repairs that were not previously authorized by Fairview Ltd. in writing. Fairview’s sole liability shall not exceed the retail purchase price of the product(s). We are not liable for any loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity, damage, penalty, or costs arising from failure to perform, including that the goods are defective, or for any event or contingency beyond our reasonable control, or for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to any party whatsoever arising out of the purchase, sale or use of our products.
The foregoing warranties extends to the original customer only. the warranties provided above are in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees or conditions pertaining to the products, written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or noninfringement, and the provisions herein shall constitute Fairview’s sole obligation and liability and customer’s sole remedy for breach of warranty. Fairview shall not be responsible for any warranty offered by customer to any customer(s) of customer. In no event shall Fairview be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages relating to breach of warranty.
