Free ground shipping within Canada applies to all orders with a merchandise total of $30 before applicable taxes. Express service may be available for an additional fee. A flat-rate of $7.99 applies to orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

We strive to ship orders the same day they are received but during busy times it may take up to 2 business days.
Please note that elements out of our control such as courier delays, extreme weather, or holidays may affect our shipping times.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept any unused regularly stocked merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at email@example.com and request an RGA number. Once provided, simply return the product(s) to us in its clean original packaging, please note the shipment must be prepaid.
All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty & will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's directions.

You can expect to receive a refund to the original payment method once we receive and check your package. Bank processing times vary and it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming the return.
